Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

At this present time we do not ship internationally.

We currently accept all major credit or debit cards with a Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal logo. You may securely check out.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and fulfillment. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time is generally an additional 3-5 business days but please expect possible shipping delays due to Covid-19.

Our sweatshirts and t-shirts are unisex, but we do recommend sizing up for an oversized look.

Each product page has its own size guide for your use. If that doesn’t help you may email us at info@jubsies.com for further assistance. 

If you realize you have entered the wrong shipping address, please email us at info@jubsies.com and include your order number, name, the correct address.  If the order has not been shipped yet we will simply alter the address to the correct one, if it has been shipped, we will attempt to contact the shipping carrier and find out how to proceed.

Please send 2-3 good photos of the problem (at least one full shot of the garment, and/or 2 different angles of the issue) and the nature of the problem to: info@jubsies.com within the first 14 days of receiving your items. 

It’s important to send your photos with your initial inquiry first to ensure we solve your problem as quickly as possible.

Currently, we are unable to process returns for non damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size before placing your order, please contact us here.
